We’ve made some meaningful updates to improve your quoting experience in Arizona, giving you more flexibility and support when writing business.

Better Coverage A Flexibility for Smaller Homes 

We’ve adjusted how Coverage A values are calculated for lower square footage homes. The value for Average Dwelling Per Sqft is now set to the median between Average and High Quality.

This means smaller homes in Arizona may now qualify for lower Coverage A values, making it easier to quote accurately and competitively.

New Roof Material Options in MY180 

As alternative roofing materials become more common in Arizona, we’ve expanded your quoting options. You’ll now see: 

• Rubber: EPDM 

• Rolled: TPO and PVC 

• SPF: Spray Polyurethane Foam (standalone selection) 

How they’re rated: 

• EPDM = Rubber 

• TPO, PVC, SPF = Rolled 

These changes apply to Arizona Admitted policies.
