Important Notes

• AWTOS must be installed by a licensed plumber, and the policyholder is responsible for the cost of installation. Proof of installation must be submitted to receive key benefits.
• Coverage updates are applied after the AWTOS device is activated, and proof of installation is approved.
• The premium discount is applied upon the first home insurance policy renewal after AWTOS is purchased. Proof of installation is required.

• Clients who ordered AWTOS under the previous pricing model will continue to receive the key benefits, including the premium discount rate, they were offered at the time of purchase.
